Can I upgrade anytime? +
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately. You're only charged the prorated difference for the rest of your billing period.
What happens if I downgrade? +
Your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period. After that, your new plan kicks in. Existing monitors stay but you can't create new ones above your new limit.
Is there a free trial? +
We don't offer a free trial, but every plan comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it's not right for you, get a full refund — no questions asked.
What payment methods do you accept? +

Do you charge tax? +
